We are located in Madison WI and travel to Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and destination events.  You want us there? Simply ask!

Besides having someone with experience tending bar, you are ensuring your guests are able to have a grand time without worrying that someone is missing out. Secondly, you can rest assure your guests well-being and your budget are well taken care of as over serving and waste will not be an issue. Thirdly, staff is paid a Living Wage, so, I pay them fairly for their valuable time and efforts.

Are you licensed?




Yes, as needed and/or requested. Most venues require a minimum of $1 million general & liquor liability coverage that includes bodily injury and property damage. As the Bartending Vendor this generally costs between $212-$375 +/- via TheEventHelper.com.

and Yes. Operator's "Bartender's" licenses (NOT to be confused with liquor licenses for brick and mortar establishments) are administered by specific cities/counties when necessary.  We apply for each of these as needed per the village/city/jurisdiction that we’re to serve in. Event Insurance is available on a per event, per day basis and can be added to any quote.

What are the minimums?

We have a four (4) hour service time minimum for events in and around Madison Wisconsin and a 6-hour, minimum for out of area events.  Travel more than 1.5 hours 1-way with more than 6 service hours will require overnight accommodations.

How far in advance do you take reservations?

We are booking into 2020 currently.

How do I make a reservation? To begin the brief booking process, simply:

  1. Complete the Get-A-Quote form (Wedding or Social or Business selection),

  2. We will send you a brochure of your choices,

  3. You will select the option you prefer and offer any additional helpful information,

  4. We will send you an All-In-One proposal where you can review and sign your contract and then place your deposit of 50% down which is required at time of booking. Deposits may be made by credit/debit card or through your checking account.

What other forms of payments are accepted?

  4. Personal / Business checks (Must be received at least fourteen (14) days before event.)

What if I need to make changes/additions/subtractions?

  • Any subtractions can be handled up to ten (10) days before your event.

  • Additions, depending on your guaranteed numbers will need at least two (2) weeks if additional supplies must be ordered.
